Colorado Personhood Petition

The Colorado Supreme Court approved the ballot initiative that if passed, will create a constitutional amendment to define personhood as beginning at fertilization. Denver's NBC affiliate showed many of our members signing the first petition, including Brian Rohrbough, Ken Scott, CRTL co-founder John Archibold, and our vice president Leslie Hanks. Also seen at the announcement press conference is the amendment sponsor Kristi Burton of Colorado for Equal Rights, their grassroots coordinator Keith Mason, Judie Brown of American Life League, and Republican presidential candidate Alan Keyes, all appearing in support of this historic personhood initiative in the first state in America that legalized abortion, albeit for rape, incest and serious health risk to the mother.  View KUSA's news report...
